Yacov is a practical engineer with wealth of experience of more than four decades. Yacov has been providing valuable services to the industry. Throughout the years, Yacov overcame several challenges in materials machining and invented several solutions and patents.
Eli Yudkevich
Co-Founder & VP R&D at BYM company
Eli is a Mechanical engineer, with strong background as senior aerospace manufacturing engineer at Israel Aerospace Industry (IAI). Thanks to his experience, Eli provides consulting services in this field, both through IAI and via other segments of the industry.
Moti Baron
Co-Founder and CTO at BYM company
Moti specializes in mechanical engineering, with wide experience in machining tools, manufacturing and implementations. His knowledge includes both marketing and R&D aspects, thanks to demonstrated history in the cutting tools industry and the machine industry.
Beni Manes
VP Business Development & COO at BYM company
Beni is a Mechanical engineer with background as designer and operation manager and as General Manager at IAI composite materials division. Beni has a strong understanding of innovative solution introduction, on the production floor.
